HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

Shipping times vary by country, but typically, it takes about 9 to 14 business days for your item to arrive.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is processed and ready to leave our distribution center, you'll receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email doesn't necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package. Use the carrier's tracking features to determine when your package is in transit. Allow 24-48 hours from order placement for status updates.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

After placing an order, we send both an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email to the provided email address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see them.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, check your neighborhood, speak with family or roommates, and contact your property managers or apartment office. If you're still unable to locate it, contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim. TrendHypeCase doesn't hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING INFO UPDATING?

Tracking information may lag behind the true status of your package, which is normal. If it hasn't updated in over two weeks, please contact support.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

TrendHypeCase ships internationally .Delivery typically takes 9-14 business days, but customs delays may occur. Customers are responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are charged by the destination country's customs office and are the recipient's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
